Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist who can contribute to the strategy and execution of digital media ads of our clients at Jubna. This individual will be responsible for assisting in campaigns budget management while developing and implementing optimizations across a variety of digital platforms. This position will assess both paid search/SEM and SEO performance, make recommendations on how to enhance the sites performance and continually optimize social paid ads/ lead generation campaigns.

  • Provide support to the Paid Media Strategist and Paid Media team.
  • This is a multi-channel paid advertising/management position (PPC) which includes (SEM, Paid Social, Display/Retargeting, Video)
  • Assist in managing paid search and paid social campaigns, making monetary decisions impacting performance and directly influencing the lead-generation (revenue).
  • Execute multivariate tests, including ad copy, asset creative, and landing pages to reach performance targets.
  • Conduct competitive research on a regular basis to keep a pulse on the space in order to plan, identify and report new opportunities.
  • Assist with reporting, analysis and quality assurance against all numbers Paid Media is responsible for.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC/SEO initiatives across all channels while maintaining the targeted budget.
  • Develop search engine optimization strategies for Jubna website.
  • Develop and execute an internal and external linking strategy, including documenting best practices.
  • Perform continuous keyword research and competitive analysis to understand opportunities and gaps to address via strategic implementation.
  • Increase websites traffic and leads through paid and organic searches.
  • Creates on-page recommendations across the site (technical and semantic) and off-page recommendations, and implements those recommendations when applicable.
  • Measures and reports performance of all search campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Compiles and presents search reports (paid and organic) to the marketing department and management as needed.
  • Bachelors degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or other related field
  • 2 years relevant experience in managing paid search marketing campaigns, SEO & SEM
  • 1-3 years of Paid Social campaign management in any of the specified platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat
  • Preferably Arabic Speaker with Advanced English proficiency
